Rex Ballenger Scholarship Criteria
This is a one time scholarship for $500.00.
Must have participated in the East Bay Buccaneers youth football & cheerleading program for a minimum of three (3) years.
Must have an essay of at least 500 words as to how the East Bay Buccaneers organization helped you in your life.
Include your official transcript with this application.
Submit two (2) letters of reference: one academic (a school administrator or teacher) and one community service program.
List all activities you have participated in school, in your community and/or in your church. (use a separate sheet if necessary)
List and describe any academics or special accomplishments attained in high school and/or college. (use separate sheet if necessary)
